This web site was developed to support the launch of Rick Gallopís book The G.I. Diet. Since its debut, The G.I. Diet has become one of the most successful diets, spawning numerous sequels around the world. The web site features region-specific versions for Canadian, U.S. and British/ Australian audiences. Cecktor also developed an ongoing e-marketing program with regular newsletters to loyal consumers.
Cass has over 10 years experience in the advertising industry, currently the head of digital and promotions at a major Canadian advertising agency. He brings a wealth of interactive knowledge to Cecktor, having conceived and managed online initiatives for some of Canada's largest brands.
Cass has been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto, speaker at the Canadian Marketing Association and a judge of numerous interactive design festivals. In his spare time Cass also operates BarTowel.com, one of Toronto's most popular web sites dedicated to beer and pub culture and the Golden Tap Awards, a leading award show recognizing achievements in the Ontario craft beer industry.
Chris has a unique combination of real-life health care experience and technical understanding. Chris is a practicing Registered Nurse, with over 10 years of experience in critical care. Chris also brings an in-depth understanding of technology, which spans multiple web platforms and programming languages.
Chris has been a speaker at numerous nursing and professional development conferences, with subjects that include online learning and other nursing issues. Chris is an avid outdoorsman and explores the wilderness of Ontario on a regular basis.
